3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person
Each person may register and maintain only one ct444 account. Registering multiple accounts — for example, to claim a welcome bonus more than once, to circumvent a self-exclusion or account suspension, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. ct444 uses technical and analytical methods to detect duplicate accounts. Account Security

Withdrawals to third parties are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a payment method not associated with the account holder may result in the withdrawal being refused and the account being reviewed.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
ct444 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of the individual promotion, in addition to the general terms set out here. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for the purposes of that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all ct444 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Bonus Abuse
ct444 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that ct444 determines to be in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, ct444 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and winnings, suspend the account, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and free spins have an expiry date that will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account. It is the player's responsibility to check and comply with the expiry conditions of each promotion.
6. Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on ct444 are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on ct444.
- All bets placed on ct444 are final once confirmed. ct444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases where a game or market void is declared by ct444 in accordance with its void rules.
- Game malfunctions void all related bets and pays. In the event of a technical fault, system error or communication failure during a game round, ct444 will determine the outcome in accordance with its technical fault policy and may void the affected round. Players will be notified where a round has been voided and any stake deducted will be returned.
- ct444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any bet where there is evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, use of insider information, or any form of fraud. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be voided and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension & Termination
ct444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply.
- The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- ct444 receives a request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or financial institution in connection with the account, or where continued operation of the account would place ct444 in breach of applicable law or regulation.
- ct444 determines that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms, including where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
- The player voluntarily requests account closure. In this case, ct444 will process the closure within a reasonable time and will return any verified remaining balance to the player's last used payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on the ct444 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, images, text, logos, design elements, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of ct444 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ct444 content without the prior written permission of ct444.
The ct444 name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of ct444. Unauthorised use of any ct444 trademark — including use in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or any other commercial context — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ct444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. ct444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
ct444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ct444 account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ct444 operates. Any dispute arising between a player and ct444 that cannot be resolved informally through the ct444 customer support process should be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits ct444's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
